When my eldest was about 5 months old, he suddenly stopped sleeping through the night. I tried everything. I just didn’t know what to do anymore. One day, I read about Julie Mallon, a sleep consultant here in Dubai. I was sceptical at first. And my husband even more so. But we decided that we would at least meet her. That we would at least give it a go.
The meeting with Julie two years ago was crucial. Not only for my son (he has slept through the night ever since we have worked with Julie). But also for my baby girl. She is ten months now and a good sleeper. Probably not only but also thanks to the valuable advice that Julie gave us back then and that we are still applying today.
If I had to summarize in one sentence what Julie taught us, I would probably say “how to establish a good sleep routine”. One simple sentence. So many questions…
When is the right time to put in place a sleep routine?
And how and where to start?
What if you have more than one kid and need to juggle different night time routines?
I have teamed up with Julie Mallon and Babies and Beyond to address all these questions in one workshop and to help you and your littles ones get a good night sleep:

It was a really good workshop which gave me the confidence to create new habits for my baby to sleep better and through the night. The most important thing I learnt during the workshop are the baby steps in order to be resilient. I think I wanted too many things too soon and it is why I was getting frustrated.
Glad you enjoyed it
Julie has so much to say on the topic! Let me know how it goes with little Jenna xxx
