I’m always looking for new exciting things to do with the little ones. Especially now that Spring break is coming up. The more creative the activity the better.
Some weeks ago, a friend of mine told me about a relatively new kids edutainment centre in Dubai called WOW Kids. Today, I finally got the chance to try it out. WOW Kids is located on the first floor of The Mall Jumeirah, opposite Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. It’s mission? To stimulate kids’ imagination and to let them interact with emerging creative media technologies. The idea? To let children create paintings and to bring their imaginations to life.

I’m so disappointed- we just turned up with my 3 kids and the lack of customer service and actually rudeness of the manager made us leave before we even paid.
No one was even in the unit when we arrived (25mins after opening) and then when the manager finally turned up he made us feel like we were intruding or something.
Glad you had a great day there- Shame the poor customer service lost them customers today. ?
Oh no, Susie! I am so sorry to hear that! We had the opposite experience or else I would not even have teamed up with them for the special discount! I’ll make sure they get your message xxx
So sorry for this case! Yesterday there was an error in the schedule and indeed, the on-duty manager was late for half an hour. All measures are taken to avoid a repetition of the situation. I apologize on behalf of the company. We invite you to visit the center again free of charge and get a positive experience of arriving in a futuristic center. Our main task is to ensure that parents and children are happy. Any questions, please contact with me. My WhatsApp number 0558385598, Regards, Kate
Hi Kate,
Thanks for your response.
I’m not sure if I was clear when I said no-one was in the unit when we arrived. The store was open and everything switched on etc. But we stood there for around 3-4 minutes before anyone turned up.
Essentially the store was ‘unmanned’ and when the manager did appear there was no ‘welcome’ etc.
We’ve been meaning to go try this out – am thinking we should try tomorrow!
Have fun! it’s such a lovely place
